1. Description of the Service

AutoFactsDB publishes a structured automotive parts catalog matched to specific vehicle configurations (make, model year, model and engine). The Site provides part numbers, brands, application notes, repair-system categorization and outbound links to third-party retailers. AutoFactsDB is an informational publisher — we are not a parts seller, installer, insurer or vehicle manufacturer.

The catalog data published on the Site is maintained by AutoFactsDB as described on our About page. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee completeness or error-free fitment for every vehicle variant.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the Site. The Site is not directed to children under 13. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Intellectual Property

3.1 Our content

The Site’s original compilation, taxonomy, page structure, editorial text, graphics, logos, and the structured fitment database as presented on AutoFactsDB are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. AutoFactsDB and its licensors retain all rights not expressly granted to you.

3.2 Third-party marks

Manufacturer names, vehicle model names, logos, symbols and part numbers are trademarks or intellectual property of their respective owners. Their appearance on AutoFactsDB is for identification, cross-reference and fitment description only. No endorsement by any manufacturer is implied.

3.3 Limited license

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for personal, non-commercial reference while browsing. This license does not permit reproduction, redistribution, scraping, mirroring, bulk download, creation of derivative databases, or commercial exploitation of Site content without prior written permission.

4. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site to:

Look up parts for vehicles you own, service or research
Follow outbound links to retailers to review products and pricing
Share individual page URLs for personal or editorial reference
Contact us with good-faith correction requests

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to extract catalog data at scale without authorization
Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls or access restrictions
Mirror, frame or republish substantial portions of the Site on another domain
Interfere with Site operation or impose unreasonable load on infrastructure
Use the Site for unlawful purposes or to transmit malware
Misrepresent affiliation with AutoFactsDB or any manufacturer
Collect personal information of other users (the Site does not offer public user profiles)
Circumvent cookie consent or advertising opt-out mechanisms where legally required

We may suspend or block access, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or threatens Site integrity.

6. Affiliate Links and Advertising

The Site displays third-party advertisements and includes affiliate links, including links to Amazon.com operated under the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program. We may earn fees when you click certain links and complete qualifying purchases or when ads are displayed or clicked.

Advertising and affiliate compensation do not increase the price you pay on retailer sites. Editorial placement of parts within a vehicle configuration is not sold to manufacturers. 7. Third-Party Websites and Services

Outbound links lead to independent retailers, ad networks, analytics providers and other third parties. We do not control their content, pricing, availability, shipping, returns, privacy practices or terms. Your relationship with any third party is solely between you and that party.

A link on AutoFactsDB does not constitute our recommendation, warranty or guarantee of any product, seller or offer. Always review the retailer’s listing before purchase.

8. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY OF FITMENT DATA.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors; that defects will be corrected; or that catalog parts are complete or current for every vehicle variant. 9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOFACTSDB, ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) USD $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US DIRECTLY IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM (TYPICALLY ZERO, AS THE SITE IS FREE TO BROWSE).

10. Indemnification

Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with updated Terms, stop using the Site.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AutoFactsDB regarding the Site and supersede prior understandings on the subject.
